Last week I got my test results back and my numbers where up again. =( It's my fault though. I was slacking on the exercise part and slacking on bad food choices. Everyone slips. So the past two months I have been making better food choices and I have been exercising again. I don't have to much of a weight issue but I could stand to lose some weight. My weight hasn't budged. =( But I'm trying to stay focused on better food choices and working out then losing weight. Hopefully I can shed a few pounds in time.
For a few weeks now, I have been eating a small plate of fruit for breakfast. I call it my three fruit breakfast. Every week, I chose different fruit. I can get at least four meals before I need to go to the store and purchase more fruit. This week it's these little oranges, black seedless grapes and sliced apples. But what I wanted to show you all though was these little bananas I found...
I've never seen these before so of course I just had to add them to my three fruit breakfast which would make it four, lol. Even the cashier lady was like, "What in the heck?" My family was saying the same thing when they saw them. I tried them this morning and they do taste like little bananas. Their a little darker in color when you take the peel off. I did have to use a pair of kitchen scissors to snip the tops off. Have any of you seen these little bananas before?
