It's Got My Name On It

Don't you just love when you walk into a second hand store and you see something you know was meant just for you to have? I love it when that happens. Kind of like being in the right spot at the right time. Here are a couple of finds that had my name written all over them...
I am in LOVE with old vintage nick knacks. Especially ones of little girls. I wish I could find more. I had stopped by this one thrift store for the second time, and on my way out, literally right by the exit, my eye caught this cute vintage April angel for $4.99. My birth month is April and this angel was meant for me.

I love this kind of trimming on vintage nick knacks, as seen here in the photo with the trimming on her dress.

Love the basket shes holding with a bunny and egg. Also love the craze on the whole nick knack.
That mark on her cheek is a fleck of the gold paint. Not sure if it was meant to be there or not like a beauty mark.

Some time ago, I found this tea cup and I instantly fell in love with it.

I have always wanted a tall footed tea cup such as this one.
I have always wanted a teacup with a saucer with holes along the edges like this one. It looks like hearts. The teacup also has that pearly iridescence to it that I love.

Then when I turned it over and it read,  'Sweet Pea' April's flower, I said, "Yep, it's mine!"

These pieces absolutely had my name on them and I was taking them home with me!
I'm signing off...........from Peek-A-Boo Street!
