Pilgrim Hat Cookies

Of course I'm really busy with Thanksgiving in a couple days. Today I decorated my Christmas tree, ran up to Baker's Square and got three pumpkin pies and then I made my son some little pilgrim hat cookies to take to school tomorrow. I thought these were such a cute idea. The cookies looked quick and easy to put together. My son is having a little Feast at school tomorrow with his little class mates.
