My Bean Salad Recipe

Here is a cold bean salad that I made over Labor Day weekend.

Ingredients I've used:

1 drained can Kidney beans

1 drained can green beans

1 drain can wax beans

small drained can garbanzo beans

chopped green pepper

chopped onion

diced cucumber

1/4 cup Good Season's Italian dressing. I use the kind you make yourself.

Refrigerate salad for a couple of hours. You should make it the day your going to eat it. After you drain beans, you might want to pat them dry a little with a few paper towels. You don't want the excess water at the bottom of the bowl, not good. I hope you like my recipe.
