Happy Friday everyone. I had my watermelon up on the counter ready to clean and cut. I was walking by and noticed a star at the bottom of the watermelon.
When I took this photo I knew exactly what I was going to use if for. I'm linking up to Fiona's Green Day 2 at Raindrops and Daisies. Fiona lives in Ireland and has a beautiful blog. This is the first time in a long time that I'm linking up to a party so I hope I'm doing this right.
I'm signing off........from Peek-A-Boo Street!
Great photo, well seen.
ReplyDelete.... visiting from Fiona's Green Day.
Hi Anne,
ReplyDeleteLove the watermelon photo and especially the star at the end of it.
Thank you so much for stopping by today.
Have had a bit of a lazy evening here as it is too miserable to go out.
I hope that you have a great weekend.

The star! I would never have noticed it! Thanks for making it visible!

I like how the green pops up from among the white tiles and counter. Impressive. Love the star, too!
ReplyDeleteAmazing how we can see beauty if we just keep our eyes looking for it!
ReplyDeleteSuper fun picture! I love when people see little smiley faces in their food too! So funny! I am popping over here from the Green Day link up -
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the watermelon when you cut it. Love this photo. Have a blessed day. Madeline
ReplyDeleteThat is a pretty design. We just finished up a watermelon the other day. My youngest son loves it! Best wishes, Tammy
ReplyDeleteHi Anne...Thanks very much for following my blog and commenting, too. I'm following you back! Look forward to many visits. Susan
ReplyDeleteNice post for 'green day'!
ReplyDeleteI've been reading back here on past posts and I've enjoyed them all, but I'm sorry you are suffering through a heat wave. Thanks for posting about the berry juice, it looks very refreshing as does your desserts! I loved all your thrift finds, especially the tea cart, the vintage knick knacks, and most especially the chenille! I once saw a blog that posted about chenille slip covers and I thought that was a wonderful idea, it looked so pretty and cozy and comfortable!
Thanks for sharing!
All the best,
Eileen
I would probably have missed that star. Great shot of it!!
ReplyDeleteI love watermelon yum, yum.
