Healthy Eating

Our main course here was the sweet potato with a dollop of Promise butter. My husband wanted some pasta so I bought whole grain spaghetti and again added some Promise butter and some garlic powder. My son even liked this. Also it's a no meat dinner. You don't have to have meat with your dinner every night.
